For their Fall 2013 Lookbook Timberland Boots explore the unique places that inspired the new collection such as a weekend break in the forest or trip around the city’s suburbs.

Focusing on the minimalist style that’s also super versatile to meet any travel need. The shoes are lightweight which does not compromise wearability. The shoes also come under Timberland’s ‘Earthkeepers’ brand which means they’re great for the environment and are made with limited resource consumption. The shoes in the new lookbook contain a multitude of eco-conscious features such as natural latex footbed and siped outsole and 100% organic washed canvas. Organic cotton laces for lightweight durability have also been added to the range.

Timberland’s ‘In the City’ and ‘Heritage’ collections pay a homage to the classic yellow boot we know and love, something that does not look out of place in a busy metropolis but at the same time can deal with all the demands of the rugged outdoors. The versatility of these boots is fantastic and with the eco-friendly edge and modern construction it certainly has the characteristics of it’s older brother. The rough cut full-grain leather that was used to craft this boot, will incorporate plenty of recycled materials into the outsole, linings and laces for sturdy, waterproof footwear on top of looking pretty badass in the first place.
