Oh hai there autumn, almost forgot how pleasant and full of surprises you are. Although the days are getting shorter and thick duvets have to come out of the cupboards, autumn in London feels somewhat special. Parks take on that golden glow and there has never been a better time to layer up and try out some fresh new looks. Here’s what I’ve been upto in the last few weeks:
A MOST INTERESTING MONTH
LV SERIES 3
I explored the Louis Vuitton Series 3 Exhibition with Themba and got a chance to step inside the mind of this world famous designer. Rooms filled with stunning visuals, lasers and bright lights made this exhibition a photographers wet dream. A chance to see one of their bags being put together by hand was also an interesting experience. Click the link below for more info:
SHUTTERBUG
As usual my shutterbug tendencies have not subsided, even during my latest ASOS Shoot I had to take a timeout and grab some snaps. I’m still deciding where to curate my photos but I have started an album called ‘52 Weeks of Style‘ on Flickr / 500px where I aim to upload some of my favourite shots. If social media is more your thing then check out the links below:
Covent Garden
French artist Charles Pétillon presented his first public art installation in Covent Garden as 100,000 giant white balloons filled the grand interior of the 19th Century Market Building. I was in the area for Oliver Sweeney‘s 25th Anniversary party and looking sharp from a shoot with New Look an hour before so it would have been rude not to stop by.
UNSIGNED GRP
Time for some exciting and totally unplanned news. Next month I will be joining the talented team over at UNSIGNED to help out with the social and digital marketing arm. Although I can’t really say much more keep an ear out for some exciting campaigns coming out of the agency in the coming months 🙂
LFW
London Fashion Week has come and gone and if you’ve never been it’s safe to say you cannot comprehend how hectic the days can be. From press breakfasts to blogger meets and street style shoots to the runway shows themselves, LFW takes no prisoners. If you’re willing to put in work then a few blisters on your feet is well worth it 🙂
TATE Clothing
Few weeks ago I helped out my mate Tate take some pictures for a new retro clothing range. Storytelling visuals, street style lookbooks and even a studio shoot with Themba to boot meant we got some amazing pictures. Themba’s Canon 5D came into it’s own in the studio and I cannot wait to start putting a lookbook together for you guys as it’s gonna be a tiny bit fit.

I need to get myself a jumpsuit, not even sure the look would work but you gotta give it a try, a pair of Nike Floral running shoes and a levitating table light from Flyte
